There has been narrated in the Hadis Shareef that, ‘Supplications are sure to be granted in the first night of the month of Rajabul Haraam’. If the new moon appears tomorrow on Yawmus Sulasaayi (Tuesday), then that very night is going to be the first night of the month of Rajabul Haraam. And if the moon is not seen on Tuesday, then the night following Yawmul Arbi’ayi (Wednesday) shall be the first night of the month of Rajabul Haraam. Muslims should keep awake in this night and submit to Baar-e-Ilahi whatever virtuous supplications and submissions they have. Obviously every Muslim government including that of Bangladesh and rather all the governments of the world should declare an official day-off on this day and arrange to celebrate this blessed night in befitting manners.

Focal Wali-Allah of Allah Pak, Imam and Mujtahid of the age, Imaamul Aimmah, Qutwubul A’alam, Awladur Rwasool, Habeebullah, Mamduh Ha’drwat Murshid Qibla ‘Alaihis Salaam of Rajarbagh Shareef Says , “It is needless to express the honour and dignity of the month of Rajabul Haraam. The first night of the month of Rajab is first among those five definite nights that the supplications are sure to be granted. The first Jum’ah night of this month is the ‘Lailatur Rwaghaaib’ (Night of Rwaghaaib). The 6th instant of this month is the day of the ‘Bisaal Shareef’ (Expiry date) of Sultan-ul-Hind (King of India), Gharibe-e-Newaz, Ha’drwat Khwaja Swahib Rwa’hmatillahi ‘Alaihi. 14th of this month is the day of Bisaal Shareef of Ha’drwat Imam Jafar Swadiq ‘Alaihis Salaam, the 6th Imam of Ahlu Baeet ‘Alaihimus Salaam. And the 27th night is the night of the ‘Mi’rwaaj Shareef’. For all these special reasons, the honour and dignity of the month has become so much vital and meaningful. This is the very month that ‘A’amal (practices) for the month of Rwamadwan Shareef starts. It has come in the Hadis Shareef that Noor-e-Mujassam, Habeebullah, Huzur Pak Swallalahu ‘Alaihi Wa Sallam, watching the new crescent of the month of Rajabul Haraam, did dua (supplications) that, “O Allah Pak! Please bestow us the blessings of the months of Rajabul Haraam and Sha’ban and the abilities to reach up to the month of the Rwamadwan Shareef”. He made all those remarks while narrating about the blessings and benefits of the first night of the ensuing month of Rajabul Haraam.
Mujaddidey A’azwam Ha’drwat Murshid Qibla ‘Alaihis Salaam Says , “Rajabul Haraam is the month of sowing, Sha’ban is for irrigation and Rwamadwan is for reaping the crops. One who does not sow the elements of Ibadah (offerings/prayers) and submissions in Rajabul Haraam, and does not water them by his tears during Sha’ban, how he could expect to have a harvest in the month of Rwamadwan? That means nothing of the blessing, benefits, prosperity, peace or salvation would be possible for him to earn. Therefore, as soon as this month arrives, all Muslims should abandon all their ill-beliefs and evil practices and doing genuine Tawbah (repentance with a vow not to repeat any of the sins), get themselves completely dissolved in Ibadah and submissions toward Allah Pak.”
Mujaddidey A’azwam Ha’drwat Murshid Qibla ‘Alaihis Salaam Says , “Habeeb of Allah Pak, Huzur Pak Swallalahu ‘Alaihi Wa Sallam used to increase the amount of supplications and submissions toward Allah Pak during this month of Rajabul Haraam and enhanced the rate of fasting while encouraging others to do so. For example, Hadis Shareef has references that, “There flows a stream in the paradise named ‘Rajab’. The water of that stream is whiter than milk and sweeter than honey. One who shall have one day fasting during this month of Rajabul Haraam shall be offered to drink from that stream. That means he would land up in the Jannah (paradise) and drink from that stream.” SubhanAllah! Therefore, all of us should do more and more Ibadah and submissions during this month and do fasting during the day-time. Allah Pak Declared, “You do compete in virtuous acts”. So we need to do competitions in virtuous acts during this month.”
Mujaddidey A’azwam Ha’drwat Murshid Qibla ‘Alaihis Salaam Says , “If the new moon appears tomorrow on Yawmus Sulasaayi (Tuesday), then that very night is going to be the first night of the month of Rajabul Haraam. And if the moon is not seen on Tuesday, then the night following Yawmul Arbi’ayi (Wednesday) shall be the first night of the month of Rajabul Haraam. Hadis Shareef has the reference for this night that, “There are five definite nights that the supplications are sure to be granted. One. The first night of the month of Rajab. Two. The Night of Baraat. Three. The Night of Qadr. Four and Five. Two Eid nights. That means in the first night of the Rajabul Haraam, supplications are sure to be granted. Therefore every Muslim should keep awake in this night and submit to Darbaar-e-Ilahi whatever virtuous supplications and submissions he has. But one has to ask for it exclusively with full determination having no suspicions in mind and believing that ‘all my supplications and submissions shall definitely be accepted by Allah Pak and shall be certainly fulfilled’. Muslims can easily get rid of all their personal, internal and international troubles and difficulties through genuine Twabah-Istighfar (repentance), supplications and submissions to Allah Pak in this night. But Muslims are unaware and callous about the dignity and significance of this great night. InshaAllah, in the first night of Rajab, we shall participate in a special Milaad Shareef followed by special dua-Munajat (supplications) after the Isha Swalat in our Suinnati Jam-e-Masjid.”
Mujaddidey A’azwam Ha’drwat Murshid Qibla ‘Alaihis Salaam Says , “As Muslims, all the Muslim governments and even the non-Muslim governments should, in order to realize the significance and earn the benefits of the days of Islamic heritage and blessings, allow official days-off on those special days. There are plenty of days-off in the Muslim world like the 1st boishakh, buddhist full moon, durga festival and many others with which Muslims have no connection nor do the Muslims need them. Not only that, Muslims observing these days is completely na-Jaeez (un-permissible) and harwaam and reasons for ruining of their Iman. In fact, every Muslim should have been aware about the blessed days of Islamic heritage like the first Rajab night, Night of Baraat, Night of Qadr, two Eid nights, Lailatur Rwaghaaib, Mi’rwaaj night, Ashurah and particularly the dates of the Biladat Shareef (birthdays) and Bisaal Shareef (expiry dates) of Ummul Mu’minin ‘Alaihinnas Salaam, Ahle Baeet Shareef ‘Alaihimus Salaam, Ha’drwat Sahaba-e-Kiram RwadiAllahu Ta’ala Anhum and Ha’drwat Auwlia-e-Kiram Rwa’hmatillahi ‘Alaihim.”
Mujaddidey A’azwam Ha’drwat Murshid Qibla ‘Alaihis Salaam Says , “The gist is: supplications are sure to be granted in the first night of the month of Rajabul Haraam. Therefore all Muslim men and women should keep awake in this Mubarwak night and submit to Baar-e-Ilahi whatever virtuous supplications and submissions they have. And on the occasion of first Rajab, it would be the duty and responsibilities of every Muslim government including that of Bangladesh and rather all the governments of the world to declare an official day-off on this day for the Muslims and arrange to celebrate this blessed night in befitting manners.”
